Eiffel's House

Pontrieux is a very picturesque town lying at the head of the Trieux estuary, no visit to this part of Brittany would be complete without a trip to this charming place.

The tourist office resides is a building once owned by the Gustave Eiffel the architect of the famour tower in Paris. You will find other examples of his work in the area for example the suspension bridge over the river Trieux at Lézardrieux which locals proudly boast is a cousin of the Eiffel tower.
